La Casuca was the home of María Luisa Gómez Pelayo, niece of the Marquis and heiress to his fortune and the title of Marquesa de Pelayo. It is integrated into the Finca del Marqués de Valdecilla and its architecture is traditional, presenting later additions, where the gallery-shaped sunroom that takes advantage of the views of the garden and the luminosity of its layout stands out.

The house can be visited and through the rooms you can see a good representation of bourgeois life in the second third of the 20th century and the distribution of the service rooms, with most of the original furniture.
